Child care nurse is not only the lives of a group of workers, but also children around education, their words and deeds unknowingly affect children's development. Therefore, the nursery team will directly affect the status of the growth of young children.In this study, Henan Province, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Kaifeng, Xuchang, Jiaozuo City, 5 to 20 nursery nurses, for example, through the questionnaire study the status of nurse team, and using interviews conducted on the part of the principal and the open nursery interviews. In this study, the following conclusions:1, in the nursery team structure: single-sex structure; young age structure of; a substantial proportion of specialist qualifications; in the conservation work of the time mostly in the 5 years; more than half of the nurses not professional titles.2, the living conditions in the nursery areas: 71.5% of the nurses have emerged or light or heavy sub-health conditions; low wages; most of the nurses are not compiled; nearly half of the nursery and kindergarten no contractual relationship, more than half of conservation Members do not have insurance; nurses working pressure is too large.3, in the nurse's professional knowledge: the knowledge with more lack of education; conservation concepts in general, some health care workers there are the traditional concept; mental quality is good, but persistence is not enough; work ethic is better, but on the park by the construction and development of care is not enough; daily performance is better, but plan on bumban teachers do not know enough.4, in the training of nurses: 34.9% of the nurses did not attend pre-job training;-the-job training opportunities in general; the lack of specific training for nurses to help groups still great; nurse training is more willing to accept.5, in the nurse's job satisfaction: the 63.9% of the nurses on the work; the work environment and colleagues, is most satisfactory; on income recognition and promotion of the most dissatisfied.6, in the nurse's intention to quit: the 49.5% of nurses are leaving intention, and turnover is mainly due to low income and working pressure; 50.5% of nurses willing to engage in conservation, said the nursery environment and love better conservation.It can be seen, Henan nursery team are still some problems: 1, single-sex structure; 2, nursery team instability; 3, nurses have a greater randomness entry; 4, nursery survival worrying; 5 , caretaker of professionalism needs to be improved. Based on this, I propose the following recommendations: 1, to attract men joined the ranks of nurses; 2, to enhance stability nursery team building; 3, the entry threshold to improve nurses; 4, to improve the living conditions of nurses; 5, to improve nursery professionalism.
