Since 1990s,the pyramidal construction of organization has became flatter and flatter .With the development of time, modern enterprise has became knowledge enterprise from labor enterprise, the environment of enterprise has became more and more uncertain, Innovation,agility and rapid action to the changes of environment are inquired , the traditional work description and work duty had changed, the initiative and team spirit are emphasized.It has been knowledge-economic time. The most important thing to succeed in competition is knowledge capital. Knowledge employees have the knowledge capital, they could made more and more knowledge capital. They can not depend on in-role behaviors only, if they want to make information and knowledge into capital , what is important is extra role behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior refers to the social and mental behavior that help to complete work. Knowledge employee refers to the person who masters denotation or concept and works depend on information and knowledge. The negotiation and increase of knowledge need a good environment , so it is important to do research on organizational citizenship behavior on knowledge employee.We use the method of literature looking-up, doing interview and paper investigation in the research. We investigate nearly a thousand knowledge employees. Using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, we conclude that the structure of factors which affected organizational citizenship behavior on knowledge enterprises. There are five aspects included in the structure of organizational citizenship behavior, they are good environment in the organization,work need,self development,culture value and importance of work role. The questionnaire can be generalized for its good reliability and validity. Researches on organization citizenship behavior center on regression analysis which always miss out some variables. We try to use the method of making up questionnaire :gather items as many as possible, and then do exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, finally form the questionnaire of factors which affect organization citizenship behavior on knowledge employee.This research has enriched the study on organizational citizenship behavior and it also provides scientific and practical data for human resource management .
