The 21st century is a time that has high-speed development of the information and international. Regarding to all the countries, this century has filled opportunity and also challenge. The challenge is the contest between talented person, and education is the leading role to human's development, so in fact the challenge is the contest between educations. In 21st century, our country requests that students should have innovation spirit and all-around development. So education must not only foster human's intellective factor but also foster human's non-intellective factors.Generally speaking, non-intellective factors are the factors beside intellective factor. In concrete, non-intellective factors include motive, interest, emotion, will and personality. Past researches about non-intellective factors have many achievements, but there is not have a determinant conclusion about the structure of it. This problem includes two questions, if there be correlation between the factors and if there be centers. Perhaps the reason lies in past researches do theoretical analysis more than real diagnosis research, especially more than explore statistical analysis. This research uses the method of questionnaire research and exploring statistical analysis, does the analysis of data and theory about the structure of non-intellective factors, then classifies the student about this problem and finds some fostering strategies. The results are four aspects. Firstly, there is the extremely remarkable correlation between the four factors. Secondly, there are two centers, the cognition of need and the direction of fondness. Thirdly, intellective factor and non-intellective factors do the function to students'result together. Fourthly, students can be dividing to four types, deficient cognition, deficient fondness, all bad and all good. Toward to the first type, parents and teachers should know young people's needs and let them know they have the need to study. Toward to the second type, parents and teachers should plays own positive influence role fully and guide young people's healthy fondness.
