The study and prediction of the future is one of the most interesting topic not only for many scholars and social activists who live in the past and home but for those who live in today and abroad. With the rapid development of science and technology and also the faster changes of the society after the second world war, development becomes an important issue which draws the world's attention. All these factors advance the closer combination of the futurism study and development.In these futurism theories, which are getting better day by day, one of the most basic futurism disagreements is what the future society should be and what will be the base or axis of the whole social system. Basing on social theories , the writer first retraces the history and research of the two conceptions------intellective society and axialprinciple theories up to now, and then put forward his personal opinion: the axilprinciple of the intellective society is science and technology knowledge.
