The process of teaching writing is the process of educating people.We can analyze through the questionnaire that, at present, there are some problems lie in primary and secondary schools teaching, such as: lack of the knowledge on the importance of writing teaching, teaching management is not standardized, lack of teachers, the overall quality is not high, teaching stage detached from each part, lack of the systematic and scientific teaching materials about writing, and so the status quo of a single evaluation system, teaching writing and educating people not really play a role.On the basis of Teaching writing in the research role and educating people, we proposed to write into the teaching quality education system as a whole, to take solid and effective measures and careful organization, norms and reform of teaching writing, to strengthen the role of education theory and teaching methods practice research in teaching writing, education play its role of the teaching strategies, namely: improving the understanding of writing teaching and the importance of the function of educating people ,optimizing the environment, building good writing teaching atmosphere ,constructing the quality security system of writing teaching. And exert writing teaching in educating people-oriented curriculum, train students through a variety of ways to interest them in the promotion of traditional and modern teaching write the organic integration of educational technology, teaching writing with scientific evaluation mechanism for teaching writing to play the role of educating people, and eventually realize write educating people and serve the community, to enhance the quality of the students goals.
