With a new geographical curriculum reformed step by step, the people have gradually realized that reform of the basic teaching is the prerequisite for the success of reform. Therefore, research on teaching model is very necessary.In this thesis, using the method of literature research, investigation, and experiment on the traditional teaching models and a new studying plans ones, the author puts forward a new teaching model ---senior school geographic teaching model of double activities and two plans, after systemic researching, draws the following conclusions:1,Implications and features: This model emphasizes on the integrity of learning and teaching process, and it has specific procedures and teaching strategies. Apart from the common characteristics, its characters is activity, design, openness, versatility, and geography.2,Core ideas: Design for teaching and learning, so that students can find a good way to study and teacher can find a good way to teach. And Constructivism, Metacognition, Geographic teaching and studying theory provide strong support.3,Objectives and Functions: The objective of model realizes students'all-round development, improves teachers teaching ability. The function of the model is conducive to realizing students'all-round development, improving teachers'teaching ability, establishing a harmonious relationship and constructing geography courses.4,Teaching procedures: Divided into macro-procedures and classroom teaching procedures. Macro-procedures is summarized as "clear double activities and create two plans." The classroom ones are divided into learning activities that can be divided into: self-study, self-feedback, solving problems, integrity and practice and teaching activities that can be divided into: guidance, inspiration, direction, management, and reflection.5,The teaching plan and the studying plan are the media of teaching activities. And each has its unique components and design principles. The studying plan has four parts: preparation, learning methods, exercises, summary. And its design principles includes exercises design principles and general ones which are optimizing the goal, using questions, methods and charts'form and participation. The teaching plans include six main parts: teaching objectives, keystones and difficulties, methods, process, notes, reflection, whose design principles is study-oriented, throughway of subject, coordination, simple and practical.6,Implementation strategy: Divided into learning strategies and teaching strategies. Learning strategies include self-management, information processing and Strategy of Learning geography. Teaching strategies include teaching according to the grades, examination and evaluation, preparation for classes, dynamic design, and scientific management.7,The experiment proved that the model does indeed promote senior students obtain 3D goals of geography courses, and no matter the type of geography curriculum and gender; At the same time helps teachers improve the teaching ability.
