Human development and social progress depend largely on the enhancement of human own ability and quality. At present, because of fiercer and fiercer talent's competition in the world-wide, to develop in line with the social development, should depend on education. Recent years, the teacher education receives gradually increasing attention, for the teacher's great significance to the talent full scale development already realized. For the teacher, the teaching skill is their essential ability of implementing and controlling entire teaching process and their teaching ability will affect directly the teaching effect, like the research in Cross-Century Gardener Project. It shows that actively exploring how to develop the student sports teaching ability from the theory and practice is the effective entry point and the breakthrough for developing outstanding sports teachers.From physiology, psychology, system theory and control theory, this paper attempts to provide the way carrying on the Micro-teaching to the student, their major is volleyball, in the higher pedagogical sports universities. According to the domestic and foreign advanced Micro-teaching skill decomposition training theory, it links to Chinese school sports teaching reality, carries on the teaching skill raise, sharpens student's teaching faculty, innovation ability, cognition level to the volleyball teaching and the individuality level, and chooses the investigative volleyball teaching specially.The Micro-teaching is the method which uses modern audio-visual technology and equipment to train pedagogical students and teachers to master the classroom instruction skill. It scientifically classifies variety of teaching skills in the complex teaching process, then individual train different teaching skills according to the stipulation teaching goal. By collecting a large number of domestic and foreign documents and interviewing the experts, from micro-teaching theory, the paper tries to research the "theoretical basis", "teaching skills classification system", "Micro-teaching procedures," " Micro-teaching evaluation "of Micro-teaching, prove that the possibility which Micro-teaching applies in the higher pedagogical sports colleges. Issuing questionnaires to the experts, statistics show the five teaching skills for volleyball students. The questionnaire to students shows their feeling about Micro-teaching.The paper takes volleyball students of WIPE as study objects, and on the basis of modern audio-visual technology obtains their direct feedback. After analysis, training mode formats, which include classes, instruction, feedback, evaluation, to make volleyball students teaching skills improved.18 weeks of teaching experiment study show that using Micro-teaching better than the traditional teaching methods (P <0.05) in the higher pedagogical sports colleges. The research shows that using Micro-teaching in teaching volleyball skills can help to create a good classroom, harmony relationship between teachers and students, effectively shorten the students-teacher role conversion, and enhance the students teaching skills, also has valuable reference for other sports subjects in the teaching.
