Research On Independent College Personnel Training Pattern

The independent college is a kind of new school pattern of the Chinese higher education which appears in the popularity developing process, is refers to the university college of the undergraduate course level which cooperation between the public university and the social strength according to the new mechanism and pattern. Emergence and development of the independent college is a reform in the Chinese higher education domain. The independent college as a new thing is getting through the exploration stage. Although the managers of the independent college, education scholars are researching personnel training pattern of the independent college, but they still can not drew a conclusion. Therefore, research on personnel training pattern of the independent college is significant.This paper adopts many methods to analyze such as papers analysis, data analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis and so on. At first, it discusses research's significance and situation of personnel training pattern of the independent college and points out the reasons of it. Then, this paper sums up tendency of development of the independent college and the existence's situation and question of the personnel training based on the analysis of generation, development and situation of the independent college. Combined with the definition, elements, basic theory and reality basis of personnel training pattern, this paper discusses the theory of independent college and put the way for the construction of personnel training pattern. This paper analyzes problems of personnel training pattern from target of personnel training, establishment specialty and curriculum, the system of quality and teachers. This paper emphasizes the establishment of independent college personnel training pattern from five aspects: objective applied personnel training pattern, establishment and construction specialty, diversification plan of personnel training and establishment curriculum's system, evaluation of personnel training. At last, based on the experience of construction of teacher resources of developed countries, this paper analyzes how to improve the quality system of personnel training, and gives ideas and principles of construction of teacher resources.
