The Strategy Research Of The Independent College Development

The school-running of Independent College depended on Chinese characteristic which emerge from higher education reform and development process, besides, which it use of market mechanisms to achieve the integration of higher education resources in the form of social capital. Through the practice Proved, the independent college is gradually become enlarge the scale of expansion enrollment of higher education and be satisfied with the over-growing educational demand with the people .the one of the most important part of china higher education is calling for conform to the current economic development. Right until today the Independent college exist many problems one because of the insufficient time to development, the others of the Social environment factors as well as the lagged effect of those relevant laws.In this thesis ,it on the basis of the Strategic of Independent College ,and it research form to some Independent Colleges with surveys and interviews which found those Colleges exist some problems such as indefinite Orientation, fuzzy of training mode, the irrational of teachers structure, lack of character specialties and so on. In order to solve the current problem and better to promote the healthy development of independent colleges, this thesis from the school Orientation, training model, teaching staff to research with the future development of Independent Colleges. Suggested that the "independence of the institute of education issued the regulations" to the future an independent strategic development of the study.This thesis is aim at the detail analyze of three high quality independent Colleges with current development (Huazhong University of Science and Technology Wuchang Branch, Zhejiang University City College, Chongqing University City Science and Technology).Through analysis, I consider the independent colleges should promote the healthy development in the future through with clearing orientation, constructing reasonable training model, strengthening the teaching staff, increase the reasonable of professional setting, reformation of teaching content.
