The changing of learning style is the hotspot of curriculum reform in all subjects in high school nowadays.This dissertation addresses itself to inquiry learning(IL) in high school history and its teacher function,moreover,it combines the practice and turn over to think problems shoule be atendent when developing IL in high school history.It discusses the following main questions through three parts:The first section summarizes IL and IL in high school history,It is concerned with the main matters here: the main interpretations of IL-as a learning style,a teaching strategy and a curriculum form;history and actuality of IL.Lastly,the theme of the study-the relationship of IL and history teaching in high school,the necessary and possibility of developing IL in high school history are accounted for.The continuing section analyses goal, characteristic and classification of IL in high school history and elaborates teacher's function of IL in high school history on detail which combined with the basic process of developing IL in high school history.The topic of the last section which has certain reference meaning aims at the existent problems in current practice of IL in high school history, turns over to think problems shoule be atendent when developing IL in high school history.Finally, the major idea of this dissertation is professional development of teacher, purposing to explain:teachers'education is looking forward to being remedied,enriched and boosted urgently.
