Since the autumn in 2007, our country has founded the eighth elementary education curriculum to reform in the Central Party Committee, under State Council's directly leadership in all provinces and cities comprehensive carrying out since the foundation of the PRC. This reform, big step, quick speed, big difficulty, is the first seven reforms incomparable. It will certainly has the profound influence to our country elementary education and even the enti.The country elementary education curriculum reformed from the beginning of 2001 entered the implementation the stage(region experiment), The year of 2004 is our country compulsory education curriculum reforms the experiment to enter the comprehensive promoted stage, in 2007 province last batch of implementation high school elementary education new curricula and so on Heilongjiang Province reformed, it is extremely essential to carry on chemistry subject as a new curriculum implementation present situation investigation.This topic selects all the students and all the chemistry teachers in the Qitaihe Senior High School as the objects which are investigated, analyzed drawn the conclusion from the following five aspects: the teacher and the student's understanding to the high school chemistry new curriculum and the Edition of the People Education Press Chemistry Book I (Compulsory) ;the understanding of the teaching time establishment ; the teacher's teaching strategies and the teaching methods; the students studying way and student's appraisal way.This topic research is for the purpose of inquiring about the solution implements in the new curriculum to have the contradictory strategy, thus for implements the new curriculum to provide the model smoothly, the development high school chemistry new curriculum reform present situation investigation and study into understood the new curriculum, appraises the new curriculum achievements the important basis. It will deepen us to the understand of the new curriculum idea, the present situation and the future direction; complied with current, it will reconsider and appraises the need of the new curriculum reform . Not only has the theoretically value to this question investigation and study, also has the reality guiding sense. Not only can carry on the summary promptly to the curriculum reform work, also will provide the important reference to the next chemistry teaching, also will provide certain experience for other subjects. The Qitaihe Senior middle school is a provincial level demonstrative high school in the Heilongjiang Province, the experience of which curriculum reforms has the model region promotion exchange research value.
