With the rapid development of world economy, the educative reform is inevitable, and the concept of effective class also emerge as the times require.At present, many countries have attached great importance to the research on the construction of effective class, it also attracted the attention of many educatorsin our country. In order to give effective suggestions, this paper mainly analyzes the status of implementation of effective class, find out the existing problems in the implementation process, and analysis of the cause of the problems through the investigation of the present status of the effective chemistry class of the first grade of M high school of Hunchun City.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduced the problems are proposed and the background of effective class. It also introduced the purpose, significance, research ideas and methods of this study.In addition, the definition of the concept of effective class and class,and the theoretical foundation of the research were also described. As for the research status at home and abroad, this chapter first introduced the theoretical origin of the foreign effective class and different times of characteristics, then introduced some research on the effective class of some domestic scholars in recent years.The second chapter is the case study of the first grade of M high school of Hunchun City, investigating the implementation status of the effective chemistry class.It carries on the investigation to all of the chemistry teachers and students of grade one by class observation, teacher interviews, questionnaires and literature review in this paper. Because we want to understand the implementation of effective chemistry class from the two aspects of teachers and students.The third chapter is the analysis of reasons and problems in the implementation process of the effective chemistry class. The results of the survey are as follows:(1) The teacher’s hand:the teachers’teaching ideas need to be improved, the teachers’ scientific literacy need to be improved, the teachers’ teaching methods need to be improved, and the evaluation methods for students should be diversified. (2) The student’s hand:students are required to improve the sensitivity of the effective chemistry classteaching mode. At the same time, the students’ communication and expression ability and the awareness of autonomous learning and cooperative learning are all need to be improved. According to the practical situation, this chapter analyzed the reasons of the problemsThe fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems in the third chapter. First, teachers should strengthen the study of curriculum and teaching materials. Second, teachers should create appropriate teaching situation in the teaching process. Third, in the process of teaching, teachers should focus on students’ability to improve all aspects, paying attention to all aspects of the development of students. Fourth, in the evaluation of Chemistry, students’ personal assessment and the group evaluation evaluation system should be carried out at the same time.
