The 21st century is a media time, the media will become the important force in leading society and human's development, will mold people's thought constantly and will affect audiences'understanding to the reality. Furthermore, the media will be controlling audiences'outlook on world, on life and on values.The young people who are at the high school stage, are being in the special time in physiology and psychology, they are curious, glading to accept the new things fashion. But they don't have the judgment to media, easily be controlled by the common custom ideas media disseminated. They are inescapably involved, sinking to them. Therefore, enhancing middle school students'media judgement, and carrying on the media literacy education for them is very essential. Through media literacy education to promote the high school students'capacity for choosing the life manner, choosing the outlook on world, on life and on values.Britain is the first country in the world which develops the media literacy education, and acuuricalates plenty of experience in theory and practice.
