Run fitness is basic exercise method for most people.People usually choose to use of treadmill to increase practice result with the different speed,slope.In sport process,Plantar will be subjected to a ground to hurtle dynamical influence,making Plantar each parts of districts produce different pressure and load rate.This research takes 6 graduate student in northeast Normal Universities as subjects.Be exercising to run an on the treadmill difference to carry on sport by speed 1.5 m/s, 2 m/s, 3.5 m/s, 4 m/s and slope 0 degrees, 2 degreeses, 5 degreeses, 8 degreeses, use Belgian production of(Footscan insole System) to collect different speed and the plantar dynamics data of slope, with understanding practice adopt different turn of speed and slope dynamics related date to change a circumstance to the plantar .Discuss 6 pressure circumstance of the experiment foot bottoms respectively, in the meantime to each one experiment the plantar is each region data gained by pressure carry on One-way ANOVA(P=0.05) .Be got as follows as a result .First,n the process of running treadmill, with the speed of increase, followed plantar pressure distribution changes, the heel by the Department under pressure with increasing speed increases.Second,running in the treadmill process, the plantar pressure distribution with the rate of increase, heel and foot area before the peak of the pressure as the speed increased.such as long-term treadmill speed running too fast can cause navicular bone stress fracture.Third,running in the process of treadmill, with the slope of the increased pressure on the foot, then the peak pressure changes, increase the slope of the foot before the District, the region has great influence on the heel.Forth,Pass 6 test analyze to see while running by the different speed and the slope, do exercise to keep fit to running, the speed controls in the 2 m/s-3.5m/s proper benefit.For attaining certain burden strength can adopt a slope to go up in 2 degrees-5 degrees proper benefit.
