Educational practice has great importance in practical curriculum system of normal universities,There is not only an important way for interns to change their roles from "students to teachers",but also it is a necessary link for pre-school education to train future preschool teachers.The quality of teaching practice directly affects the development of teacher's specialization.Understanding the current situation of pre-school education practice for undergraduates in Provincial Normal universities,exploring the problems of existing in pre-school education practice of Provincial Normal universities,and putting forward improvement measures in view of the problems,so as to determine the better development direction in the future.Based on the practical epistemology,the theory of teacher professional development and the theory of reflective practice,combined with the training program of pre-school education undergraduates in Provincial Normal universities,this paper conducts an investigation and Research on pre-school education undergraduates of grade 2015 by means of interviews,questionnaires and documentation.The results show that there are some problems at the University level,such as the disconnection between theory and practice,the heavy task of teaching practice,the unreasonable arrangement of practice time,the absence of the role of University instructor,the unclear orientation of interns,the unreasonable evaluation of teaching practice,the inconsistency between practice task and actual work,and the need to improve the overall quality of intern instructors.There are some problems such as interns' difficulty in finding "sense of belonging",interns' lack of interpersonal skills,and the gap between internship expectation and actual experience.Based on this,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems of existing in the tripartite subject of educational practice,.For Colleges and practice units:(1)combine theory with practice organically in educational practice;(2)arrange internship tasks rationally and lengthen internship time;(3)pay attention to humanistic care and create a healthy internship environment;(4)improve the three-stage integrated management process,strengthen the whole process of follow-up inspection and supervision,;(5)construct a three-in-one diversified evaluation mechanism to form effective incentives.In addition to,The interns should be well prepared for the teaching practice,pay more attention to the reflection in the teaching practice,and improve the ability of interpersonal communication.
