China is a big agricultural country. If we want to make a well-being society for the peasants, and then achieve the aim of common wealthy of the whole nation, fundamentally we do nothing but devote major efforts to developing rural education, and improve the quality of the rural laborers. Although in recent years, the problem of rural teachers has been the hot topic in the field of rural education, more and more experts pay more attention on the building of the team of rural teachers. But few exporters care the problem of teaching skills of rural teachers. To a great degree, it will hold the development of rural education. However, teaching skills of rural teachers play an important role to form teachers' specialization and to improve the quality of the whole rural education.This dissertation study on the current situation of rural schools fit the need of new course reform. Investigate a good approach to educate teaching skills of rural teachers. Having done questionnaire survey on mastering, using and training teaching skills in D county, and analyze the result, got the problems and courses for the rural teachers on teaching skills. According to the result give some pieces of advice.The dissertation can be divided into four parts:The first part is prologue, firstly summarize the history set and study worthy of this topic, secondly, introducing the home and abroad status. At last it clarifies the study content and study method, and definition the core concept. In the third part, it analyzes the causes of the problem of rural teachers' teaching skills. According to the second part of the problem of rural teachers' teaching skills, investigate the deep causes of these problems. The causes boiled down to three kinds of factors: teacher, school and society, and analyze each factor deeply.In the second part, based on the questionnaire data analyze the status and problems of D court on teaching skills of rural school, and got three kinds of problems. Firstly, rural teachers can't overall recognize the teaching skills. Secondly, rural teachers use teaching skills nonstandard. Thirdly, the training of rural teachers lack of scientificalness.In the third part, it analyzes the causes of the problem of rural teachers' teaching skills. According to the second part of the problem of rural teachers' teaching skills, investigate the deep causes of these problems from teaching profession quality, taching concept, teaching model, etc.The causes boiled down to three kinds of factors: teacher, school and society, and analyze each factor deeply.In the fourth part, make some pieces of advice to the problems. To improve the teaching skills of rural teachers should go like this: firstly, take the teaching skills as a whole life long career. Secondly, perfect the school-based training system according to Microteaching. Lastly, perfect the education training system. Emphasize the pre-job selecting and on duty training. Perfect the pre-job selecting system, pay more attention on normal students practice, increase a big injection of capital, improve rule of the teacher training system.
