Education is of fundamental importance for the future of our nation, while teachers are of great importance for the future of our education. Teaching skills of teachers directly influence on optimization of classroom teaching and improvement of the quality of teaching. So a teacher without skillful teaching skills cannot have good teaching methods or teaching art, and thus cannot give lively teaching or effectively promote the students to have active learning, thus it is impossible for him to achieve good teaching effectiveness. Therefore, teaching skill is not only an important part of vocational skills for teachers but also important training content for normal students to improve the quality of teachers. The development and training of teaching skills is an important way to improve the ability and quality of teachers, but also an important approach to enhance the competitiveness of normal students for seeking employment. So normal universities should attach importance to the characteristics of teacher education and to strengthening training of teaching skills for normal students and pay attention to learning the basics as well.In order to solve the problems of the training of teacher's teaching skill which existed both in theory and practice and problems between what they have learned and used, to make the theory of teacher education combine with practice, to make teaching skills training and teaching reflection integrated into a teaching process, Zhangjiakou Educational College has made a useful attempt in the research on teaching skill pattern. Only by means of the practice and completing such re-education links as teacher training after the entry and adaptation and the development of teaching skills can normal students be caused to have a higher teaching skills and stronger teaching adaptation ability. Through the process of practice-reflection-re-practice-further reflection, teaching skills will be improved and perfected.This article uses different methods such as the literature methodology, the survey procedure, the comparison methodology to collect all questions existing in traditional training model of teaching skills and constructs the new training model of teaching skills. By having the research on adaptation to the situation of normal students, by improving training strategy and the training way,training model of teaching skills has been formed with the characteristics of being workable, useful and practical and it provide useful references for improving the teacher education pattern in our region.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapterâ… , Introduction, including problems of raising, purpose, significance, research methods, makes a brief description the study. Chapterâ…¡, overview of related theories of the basis and teaching skills, gives a scientific definition of skills, teaching skills, training models and makes the analysis of the relationship between teaching skills and teaching. Chapterâ…¢is concerned about problems of the traditional teaching model. Chapterâ…£deals with building effective models in. Zhangjiakou Educational college. Chapterâ…¤is a conclusion.
