In 2003,《Ordinary High School Curriculum Reform Project (experimental)》was adopted and put into practice in China, which signed a beginning of the new curriculum reform. It is the first time write the contents of algorithm into compulsory textbooks of high school in mathematics curriculum reform of China. In addition, Japan has started a new round of curriculum reform since 2003.By comparison of algorithm contents in Sino-Japanese high school, and from delicate and comprehensive comparison of several aspects, such as the establish of curriculum objects, textbook writing, the design of college entrance examination topics, this paper gives the following main conclusions:For Sino-Japanese textbook at algorithm, each has its strong point. The main advantages of experimental textbook under the standard of China's new curriculum reform are as follows: curriculum standard is exact and in place, which can reflect the new idea of curriculum reform; consecution of the arrangement of textbook is explicit and the textbook has strong friendliness; one example in the textbook has multiple uses, which is useful from beginning to the end; the textbook is closer to the life of students, the consecution is in focus , and logicality is strong.In addition, there are some aspects need to be further strengthened in textbook: the contents are isolated, which lack of contact with other knowledge points; reasonable conformity with information technology needs to be studied; teaching thinking needs to be extended, teaching contents needs to be enriched. At the same time, for the above dissidences, this paper briefly gives some suggestions.
