The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening Youth Sports and Strengthening Young People's Physical Fitness puts forward:“Primary and middle schools should seriously implement the national curriculum standards and ensure good quality and quantity in good physical education classes.” General Secretary Xi proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress that in the new era,school sports should have a new normal.Physical education is an important part of the school curriculum.Elementary school physical education is the foundation of school physical education.Normal physical education is the physical education in the daily state.It can reflect the quality of school physical education in the most real and essential way.With the new requirement of PE teaching in the new era,PE normal class should be in line with the standard PE.The article uses a large amount of relevant literature as a theoretical basis for research,and takes the compulsory education “Sports and Health Curriculum Standards” formulated by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China as a reference basis.It randomly surveys teachers and students of 8 primary school in Hantai District,Hanzhong City.The data method,logic analysis method,interview method,field investigation method and other methods are used to investigate and analyze the normality of the normal physical education class from the implementation of the physical education classroom teaching routine in the primary school of Hantai District of Hanzhong City and the various links of teaching activities;Teachers' recognition of their professional work and attitudes towards curriculum reform and other aspects were used to investigate and analyze the consciousness of physical education teachers;and from the aspects of software and hardware conditions to analyze the influencing factors of physical education normal classes.Through collating interview records,analyzing data,and summarizing,it is found that the current normal physical education curriculum in primary schools in Hantai District of Hanzhong City is not standardized,and there are certain problems,such as the lack of rigidity in the implementation of teaching plans,the lack of regularity of the curriculum,and the low motivation of teachers to take classes,strong sense of professional burnout,lack of passion in class,etc.Through analysis,three countermeasures were put forward: 1.From the normative system,it is proposed to strictly implement the "standards",strengthen research and study,standardize the system of preparing lessons.2.From the ideological consciousness,the concept of “lifelong learning”was put forward and actively respond to the curriculum reform;teachers change their attitudes towards normal physical education classes and enhance their own consciousness;teachers improve teaching methods and mobilize students' enthusiasm in the classroom and other countermeasures.3.Propose countermeasures in terms of hardware conditions to improve sports venues and equipment facilities to meet the needs of normal sports classes;provide more training and learning opportunities to improve teachers' own qualities;reasonably introduce professional sports teachers to improve the quality of normal sports classes and other countermeasures.
