The combination of internet and Inquiry Learning can offer a good environment and then offer conditions for colleges to fasten teaching reform and improve training quality.In this essay firstly the writer analyses the meaning, characteristics and process of Inquiry Learning, especially under the environment of internet, then points out the changes between teachers and students result from the effect of internet, at last, suggest teaching pattern which is suit for the environment of internet along with expressing the elements and meaning of this pattern, tries his best to complete this system theoretically.
