Free normal education is implemented this year in six normal universities attached to Education Ministry which emphasizes three major points in its working agenda: reinforcing the reform and development of normal education, launching the pilot projects of free normal education, encouraging top students to be teachers. This policy turns the normal education and professional training into the focus of the academic world and even the whole society. With the rapid development of information technology, multimedia technology and internet technology, the whole society has the common sense of "life-long study ", in this historical background, how do we conform to the policy of free normal education and establish scientific and efficient training mechanism, so as to achieve a successful training of normal students and develop a better teaching staff for elementary education? Based on the present situation of professional training for normal students, this thesis discusses how we establish an innovation platform of professional training in free normal education in the social background with highly developed information technology and multimedia technology.There are seven chapters in this study, and the contents are as follows:The first chapter is the definition of professional skills and it of students in free normal Education. This chapter mainly discusses the connotation and social demand of professional skills of students in free normal education.The second chapter analyzes the training situation of professional skills of students in normal education. Based on the actuality of normal Education, the study analyses training situation of professional skills of students in normal education, and discusses enlightenment from information society.The third chapter is research on model for training of professional skills of students in free normal education. The author proposes three models for training of professional skills of students in free normal education.The forth chapter is design conception of innovation platform. The study mainly designs the innovation platform for training of professional skills of students in free normal education.The fifth chapter is basic structure of the innovation platform. The study takes training of professional skills of students in free normal education in Huazhong normal university as an example.The sixth chapter is evaluation of innovation platform. This chapter mainly discusses the evaluation of innovation platform, concluding points for attention and principles of the evaluation.The seventh chapter is the latter end of the study. This chapter mainly describes the innovation and the shortage of the paper.
