The main task of full-time graduate professional degree education is to develop social and economic development needs of high-quality application-oriented professionals. The emergence of this education mode is a major shift of China's graduate education. The paper reviews the development of China's post-graduate degree in history and current status, compares development of education degree of U.S., Britain and other countries. In addition, the author analyzes the problems and causes of China's full-time professional graduate degree and put forward concrete innovation measures. The paper follows the mode of"asking- analyzing-solving".The paper is divided into four parts. Chapter I is the introduction. The paper first explains the background and significance of thesis topic, defines the core concepts such as Full-time, Professional Degree, Graduate Training model and Innovation, and then reviews the researches on professional degree and introduces the contents of the paper and research methods finally in this part.Chapter II is the body of the paper. It mainly reviews the four stages in the development progress of education degree: Infancy, Beginning of period, Initial Period of Development and Great Development. Then the author introduces the relevant circumstances in the U.S. and the UK. In the last, the author thinks that the key issues in the development of professional degree are to clear professional degree category and to play its application advantages.Chapter III is the core of the paper. It mainly analyzes the contents of the graduate training model of full-time professional degree in China, and points out such problems of which the essence is mismatch between hardware and software infrastructure and implicational training objectives, and then author analyzes the objective and subjective reasons of these problems.Chapter IV is the paper's empirical part. It mainly points out that the innovation of training mode should put students as the core and it should be established as a prerequisite for a wide range of evaluation system, and the fundamental purpose is to build a graduate perfect knowledge, ability and quality of the architecture. At last, this paper puts forward some operational measures to innovate the training mode.
