As the minority education as they share a common culture, common ethnic or cultural groups members of the ethnic groups of the cultural heritage and culture of the ethnic group or ethnic members of the task has changed. In farming period, the minority people just follow the traditional culture and arts of production, yet they have made their education into two basic directions—keep the traditional characteristics and adept the social development. The developmental history has a big influence of the education to the minority peoples, especially of the preschool education. Nowadays, the traditional education among minority should transfer into diversified educate to serve the needs of different level.In this thesis the author divides the preschool educational development of Jinhan-SHE nationality of Ningde region of Fujian into three main periods: before 1970s, 1970s to mid-1980s, mid-1980s to nowadays. Before 1970s, the community education and home education are remained the most important mode of the Jinhan-SHE nationality. Then the community education is reduced as the social changes, and with the appearance and development of public institution for preschool education, the writer divides the late part into two periods. Afterward to these three stages economic development, the culture, the population migration and the region pre-school education organization development the SHE pre-school education's influence carries on the comparison to Jinhan-SHE nationality.Proposes Jin Han in the last part the SHE pre-school education development to the modern ethnic minority education enlightenment: Firstly, the context of a pluralistic society preschool education from a single nation toward pluralism; Secondly, traditional culture of the ethnic minority will be mined in the ethnic minority preschool; Thirdly, SHE type immersion model of bilingual education adapts to the branch of individual development; Fourthly, to the modern ethnic minority preschool still need close to nature; The last but not the least, with Habitat for financial education in preschool education means life. And the development of preschool education to minorities envisaged: the first is the preschool education institutions at all levels should have different standards; Second the evaluation system is once again for all levels of the management of public preschool education institutions must also show the corresponding levels; Finally, establishment of a multi-level structure of a sound preschool education institutions. Particular national family nurseries attempt, it can be used for the background of the family culture, in the upbringing of children taken in the course of scientific child-rearing methods, in the content of education and culture into the educational environment elements. All of this provided a useful reference to the development of preschool education for the nationalities.
