Cultural multiplicity is the universal characteristic which exists in the human society. With the increasing development of today's world economic integration and transmission of information and technical means , different cultural groups and individuals are facing the multi-cultural influence and impact: how to face up to the protection, innovation and development of its own fine traditional culture, how to correctly understand, judge and choose a different culture and realize the harmonious existence of different cultures and the coexistence of cultural diversity, this is not only the requirement of maintaining social harmony,but also the inevitable demands of national existence and development. Culture is the ways in which people live , which requires the future members of the society to have the right treatment and handling of multi-cultural values and behavior. School education can carry on the contents of culture system, such as knowledge, beliefs, attitudes, values, arts and cultural practices, and it also has the function of realizing the socialization of the future society. The close relationship between school education and culture is no longer in doubt. Curriculum is the core of school education, and it manifests and achieves the goal and the value of education, thus, the very complicated relationship between all curricula and the culture occurrs naturally. More in-depth that curriculum is of cultural choice, and a kind of special culture.While transmitting the mainstream of the society , national education should pay attention to the fine traditional culture heritage, maintain their own cultural characteristics , realize the development of the national culture with the times, reflect local cultural characteristics, thereby build and display characteristics of national schools, educate and train the multi-cultural consciousness of students.The leading role and the significance of curriculum is self-evident.To achieve this cultural requirements of national education, it's necessary to research into national schools'curriculum and culture. This thesis defines Curriculum Culture as follows: Course culture is a curriculum idea and activities that certain society chooses, sorts out and extracts from the culture of mankind in accordance with context in different times, and the requirements for social development and social surviving ability of the next generation . Adopting the way of case study, utilizing methods such as literature analysis, survey, interviews and so on , the author researches into the status of curriculum culture in a rural school, finds the existing problems, analyses the reasons and, by combining the school's actual situation, puts forward the strategy of curriculum culture construction with a view to provide referential solution in the curriculum culture construction of the national education. Besides the introduction, there are four components:Introduction of this thesis elaborates the origin, purpose, significance, research rationale and the mentality method and the case choice.The first part outlines the curriculum culture theory, embarked from the curriculum and the cultural relation, elaborates that the curriculum should have cultural characteristics such as multiplicity, national characteristic, localization, succession, contemporaneity. Also, the curriculum for nationalities education should have this nationality's cultural characteristic. The author puts forward the concept to the curriculum culture , proposes that in the education for nationalities, the curriculum culture construction cannot leave the correct value orientation, the multiplex curriculum , the appraisal way, national culture consciousness of the constructer, the recessive curriculum and the effects among the school, the classroom culture, environment and so on are also brought forward by the author.Based on the investigation on-the-spot,the second part induces the M school's problems in curriculum culture, considers that this school's curriculum culture tends to utilitarian and the simplification in the value orientation. and, in the process of curriculum implements, the national culture resides in the weak-trend status, teachers' and students' cultural consciousness is deficient, and there is a gap between the curriculum culture and the social culture environment.The third part analyzes the origin of the M school's curriculum culture problems, discourses several important causes of the forming of those problems, such as the environment vicissitude of the school's social culture, the neglect of education for national characteristic and the multicultural education ideas, the intrinsic national culture's imperfection and the flaw in the local curriculum, the closedown of curriculum culture in the classroom instruction, the teachers'culture, the students'culture and the recessive curriculum's adverse effect. The fourth part expatiates the goal and the strategy of the M school's curriculum culture construction in the author's opinion.The author discourses that this national culture should be integrated in the curriculum, enrich the curriculum resources and the harmonious social culture shoud be regarded as the goal of school curriculum culture construction, The national and local culture characteristic in the curriculum culture should be incarnated. The M school's basic strategy for constructing curriculum culture should include realizing the multiplicity of curriculum and the evaluating method, setting up the being-for-itself curriculum culture consciousness of the teachers and students,the supporting atmosphere of good cultural environment from both the school and the society.
