The world history shows that when average GDP of a nation reaches $1000-3000, population,resources,environment,social efficiency and justice would have more important influence on the development of society, the balance of economy, social order, people's mind and social ethics could be broken easily. Now, China is in such a difficult time. The country is facing challenge from all aspects. The laid-off, people from rural area, college graduates are managing to get employed while the economy reform is deepening, the career structure is changing. Any of the problems could be a disharmonious factor if it isn't handled well.Recently, graduates who used to be the beloved get more troubles on their way to employment. Those from teachers'schools seem to meet more troubles than others. Many factors, such as specialistic arrangements, students'fitness and employment regularities, have influence on students'employment. Factors of students themselves, such as lack of career awareness, planning, preparation, are especially crucial. Therefore, instructions of career development are important. The work plays an inevitable role to the development of society, to the establishment of a harmonious society. It is one of the key factors that ensure a harmonious society. Hence, this paper focuses on career development education on graduates from teachers'college.This paper discusses the following four sections.Section I is the preface. The author presents origins and meanings of the study, related researches done by previous scholars, key conceptions of the paper, theoretical basis, research arrangements and methods.Section II points out meanings and steps of career planning of students from teachers' college. It believes that career planning does good for students to realize themselves, plan life earlier, set study goals, know the society, find jobs, adjust attitudes, and fulfill self-realization. Steps of career planning are as follows: (1) self-assessment. (2) career goal determination. (3) make a plan and practice it. (4) adjust the plan when conditions changed.Section III is questionnaire analysis. This part explores questions that hinder students'employment. These questions are lack of career planning awareness, career preparation, specialized career instruction, vagueness of career goal, overhigh work expectation, single choice and so on. Then, the writer analyzes the reasons of those problems. They are mainly about that the career education value of the teachers'college to graduates is not enough; Graduates are lacked of the professional career planning teacher and so on.Section IV gives suggestions on how to solve the problem. These suggestions are as follows. First, in curriculum, list career-planning curriculum in graduates'learning schedule. Second, in teaching faculty, train more teachers of career planning education. Third, in system establishment, build a long-term guarantee system. Fourth, in graduates themselves, make suitable self-orientation and career goal. Fifth, in employment instruction, encourage students to start an enterprise.
