Ten year trees, and it takes a hundred years to educate people. For the great project, the education is the basic. Taking national education seriously is various cross-century important developmental strategy. In the future, society's competition will be technical and talented person's competition. The young students will be the future and the hope of our motherland. Whether they can be brought up healthy will be directly related t our country and our nationality's hope, related to the family and society's stability, related to the pace of our socialist construction development. Along with the new century's arrival, the market economy rapid development, the networking techniques changing with each new day, the information capacity expanding greatly, Hong Kong and Taiwan's culture is all-pervasive."The infinite scenery"of the multi-dimensional world makes the young students, who are ignorant, weak and not mature, dazzled, at a loss how to proceed, even at a loss, not know the direction, move toward the wrong road, extricate themselves with difficulty. Facing young students all sorts of bad abuse, we pedagogues have spent completely brains, done everything we could, but the effect was not still remarkable. At the national conference about the work of strengthening and improving the minor thought and moral reconstruction, General Secretary Hu Jintao emphasized: The Party and entire society need to take good care of the young people's body and mind development, and devote major efforts to train the socialist constructors and successors with Chinese characteristic. Obviously, saving the young students is imminent and urgent. I have undergone many years practice, made researches and ponderations, so I have gained in certain experience about the work of moral education. And I have quite some practical experience and operating ways in correcting the students'bad personal character aspect, and have produced a good effect. This article is for the purpose of elaboration to the current villages and towns junior middle school students'bad personal character phenomenon, the analysis of the bad personal character's origin, as well as the massive narrations according to the cases, we can search for some practical methods to strongly correct the young students bad habits.According to the analysis, for many years, the young people illegal crimes have continuously assumed the trend of escalation, but the major part of the illegal crime's young people are the students with questions who seriously violate the disciplines and form bad habits in the school. Presently, the phenomenon that young students violate regulation has continuously intensified, which has brought a more stern challenge for the school moral education work. While a numerous educators are at a loss under the condition and their wit's end, I think that I should continue to try hard, step preceding step, and in the original foundation, carry on the reconsideration to my moral education work, reorganize, eliminate insufficiency, develop the merits, promote new actions unceasingly, reform and innovate unceasingly, form the new mentality and new idea. At the same time, if my own experience and research result can be formed theory, in the future it will have a certain profit from the function for the school moral education work. In the new century the difficulties of the school moral education work have been enlarged, which the villages and towns junior middle schools'moral educational work is beset with difficulties. In the villages and towns junior middle school, the source of the students is complex, the families of the students are more complex. Some guardians are in business, some go out to work for hair, some are laid-off workers, some work at farming in the countryside. In brief, most of the guardians work busily, do business busily and busily make money to support their families. They have no time to take care of their children's study and growth. Finally the students'bad personal characters are more serious. Because of few cultures and qualities, in addition the insufficiency of time, partial guardians lack methods and science frequently in brining up their children, therefore the children would violate the regulation more easily. This article stresses the exposition on how to correct the villages and towns junior middle school students bad qualities. I think that in the article plenty of correcting countermeasures will also have a certain reference value to the general parents who want to educate their children well.There are many researches about the young students misdeeds. Some researches stress on the urban elementary and middle schools. Some stress on the outlying mountainous area. Some pause in general and broad level. These researches which have proposed some questions and got some results have a certain reference value to profit from the significance, but some aspects on economy, culture, idea and education condition and so on have enormous differences in different areas. In solving the students bad habit aspect, there are also very big differences. The study of this article stresses on the villages and towns junior middle schools. Villages and towns schools'constructions are backward, the students origins are complex, the guardians'quality is low and they have little culture. So we can say such schools are in the conditions between urbans and the outlying mountainous area schools. Therefore we should have special countermeasures in correcting the students bad personal characters aspect. Though the villages and towns students bad personal character phenomenon's elaboration, as well as these bad personal character's origin analysing, this article has inquired into some concrete countermeasures to correct the students bad habits. To reverse the students'misdeed, to set up the correct outlook on life, the world outlook, the values gradually, to observe the laws and disciplines and their healthy development, these countermeasures would have big promoter actions. At the same time, through this article research, we can get the entice society to care young students'healthy development, pay attention to the existence misdeeds specially the question students, urge the general guardians to fulfill the responsibility, exercise the godchild duty earnestly, set up the country godchild, and raise descendant's thought for the country. In addition, through this article research, in the unceasing practice, I can study, enhance, reconsider, revise imparts knowledge and educate people the insufficiency, and in the same time, I can gain in the experience gradually, form the theory, and I will have the result for my own present moral education work building a solid foundation. I will also provide a certain reference value for the colleagues to profit from the function.
