Management ethics is a brand-new question for overlapping research of management science and ethics. Putting forward the management ethics had the significant effect to the development of the administrant theory and the practice, including to the school management. A school should essentially be a place filled with the human concern and the moral ethics as well as a place favorable to one's growing up. However, human materialization in the present school management cause an individual separated from himself or herself and make his or her real life deviate from a moral act. They are a microcosm of noumenal life contradiction that exists in the modern people's actual life. And they are out of accord with ethics attribute of the school management. In the context of the new curriculum reform, the expansion of autonomy of schools and the deepening of specialization of principals means the increasing of the responsibility of the primary and secondary school administrators and pedagogues. Meanwhile, their own ethical and moral qualities are being tested. The school administrators should pay great attention to the relations between the ethics and the school's long-range development in the management process. The pedagogues should wake up to the important relations between ethics and a person's growth. From angles of view of management science, ethics, management ethics, education management science, education ethics and so on, this article make an analysis of some factors such as ethics deviation in the current elementary and middle schools to call on that ethics should be integrated with the elementary and middle schools management.The whole article is composed of the following four parts:The first part is the introduction, explaining the origins and the significance of the research, Chinese and foreign actual situation of the research, research ways and means as well as the differentiation of the concept related with school management ethics.The second part makes an analysis of the ethics vacancy phenomenon in the current middle and elementary schools administration. Along with the information revolution and the arrival of knowledge economy era, the global economic integration tendency is increasingly obvious. The human administration activity also entered a brand-new stage. The tendency to management ethics is increasingly distinct. Ethics plays an increasingly prominent role in the administrant process. It has become an irresistible trend that ethics is integrating with management. However, it is not the case in the field of Chinese elementary and middle school management. For example, the school management often deviates from ethics and morals, which will bring forth some complex cases, such as the misplacement, the contradiction, the conflict and so on. The school management paradigm insists tools and materialize and excessively and lays excessive stress on the substance as the foundation of the rational administration pattern. And it also formalizes the rationality and doesn't seek the humanistic management paradigm of which human is considered as the foundation. The ethics and morals are, intentionally or not, being forgotten, which causes the school management to transform to a certain extent into the pure technical activity, even to alienate management from ethics. Its main indicators are: As for the management concept, it pays great attention to cultivate the spirit of science, neglecting to develop the humanistic spirit. As for the management organization, it is mainly composed of bureaucratic hierarchy, neglecting the democratized administration; As for the administrant methods, it adopts material incentive primarily, neglecting the human spiritual concern; As for the administrant subject, the organiger deviates from the moral norm standards in many aspects. The school administrant organiger lacks of independence in administration severely.The third part is the value analysis of the school management ethics. The reason that the school management can be integrated with ethics lies in that they both have the common theoretical premise as well as the value orientation: both take the human nature assumption as the foundations, their fundamental purpose is on the harmonious relations between the human beings. They both have an inherent consistency. They complement each other mutually and they can be turned into a body. Then the author analyzes the ethic attribute of the school management as well as school management functions of ethics. The ethic attribute of the school management mainly displays in that the school management activities are premised on a certain value prearrangement. The school management activities are the ones involved ethic and moral choice and these activities must rely on a certain ethic criterion; On the contrary, ethics itself has certain functions that the school management has, for instance, value leading function, emotion condensing function, spirit encouraging and subliming function as well as understanding and evaluating function ,etc.The fourth part is about the methods of building school management ethics. School management ethics can be realized only when it is integrated with ethic management practice. It also requests the institutionalization of ethics because the institutionalization is the important social protection requirements for the realization of school management ethics. The modern school administrators are required to create a harmonious campus cultural environment and to establish a democratic participatory administrant system. Meanwhile, the administrators are required to improve their ethical and moral qualities, too.
