In China’s current education system, as the basic unit of school education andteaching, class is the direct carrier of the students’knowledge and conduct learning. ClassManagement acted an important role in the socialization and individualization process ofthe students. It is the specialty of this education that decides that class management mustaim at cultivating people in essence However, there exists conditions of Ethics StudyThe introduction part of this paper mainly discusses the causes of posing problems andbriefly describes the present situation of ethics study on class management.The first part is examining the possibility of class management from the perspectiveof ethics. Examining class management activities from the perspective of ethics is not thesimple stack of management and ethics, but the reflection of the internal correlation andbidirectional interaction of the both. Firstly, the paper reveals the ethics attribute ofmanagement from two aspects: management is the activity of human beings;management is purposive activities. Secondly, the paper reveals the ethics attribute ofclass organization from three aspects: class organization is an ethics community; themanagement object is uncompleted human beings; the objective of class organization isrealizing the development of human beings. Lastly, the paper reveals class managementvalue of ethics from three aspects: value orientation; standard adjustment; emotioncohesion.The second part is the manifestation and attribution analysis of ethic deficiency ofclass management. Through observing the current class management practice in China’sprimary and middle schools, the author finds that ethic deficiency has become theimportant characteristic of the class management activities and it is revealed in the fouraspects such as targets, subjects, ways and systems of class management. This ispresented as: the management target excessively emphasizes the external good andignores the good of ends; the serious subjective absence of management subject andmoral disorder phenomenon; the excessive pursuit of high efficiency and neglect ofhumanistic care of management method; the excessive emphasis on systems and standards and neglect of moral standards of management model. This paper explores thecauses from the objective social environment, school management system and thesubjective aspects of the teachers and analyzes the effects of utilitarian socialenvironment and bureaucratic school management system in the market economy on themanagement methods and value orientation of the teachers and the effects of teachers’educational perspective and personal quality on class management.The third part is the realizing route of ethicizing of class management. The realizingroute mainly includes establishing human-oriented class management idea, enhancingthe management quality of class managers, developing scientific and humanistic classmanagement method and emphasizing the moral education value of class managementsystem.This research primarily clarifies the relevant concepts and relationships andsummarizes the relevant research achievement through literature analysis to distinguishresearch subjects and establish the theoretical basis of the research. After that, thisresearch deeply understands the current situation of ethic absence in class managementpractice of the primary and middle schools through utilizing interview method, casemethod and observation method and explores the causes from the perspectives such asthe objective social environment, school management system and the class managementsubject itself. Finally, this paper puts forward the realizing strategy of class managementethic in middle and primary schools through combining the teachers’experience and thestudents’suggestions on class management in middle and primary schools and using therelevant research achievement for reference.
