Since the founding of New China, after more than half a century of development, the economic value of China’s vocational education and social functions in continuously improve, and made remarkable achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics, education is a very important part of, as to promote important way of rejuvenating the country through science and education strategy, stimulating sustainable economic and social development, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the international. Looking back at the course of development, the future, the development of vocational education in China, compared with other developed countries in the world, there is also the question of perception, poor quality of many deficiencies, in particular, is the industry’s active participation is not high, poor way of joint educational and other serious problems constraints of their own development, and the reason is the lack of effective guidance and management of the internal guidelines of ethics as well as vocational education.This paper argues that the management of vocational education influence the direction of development of vocational education, in respect of vocational education and the whole economic and social development, and management of vocational education ethics determines the level of the connotation of the management of vocational education, values, and the entire vocational education core intrinsic motivation. To do this, the text is divided into three parts to start on. The paper through the study vocational education, vocational education, vocational education management ethics, and their intrinsic relationship, and then combined with a practical point of view from a theoretical draw the management of vocational education in China should uphold the development value as well as the necessary framework for the development, in order to achieve the theoretical and practical value of the thesis.The first part focuses on the management of vocational education ethical connotations. Through the analysis of vocational education and management ethics and ethical connotations of education, and then come to the ethical connotations of vocational education.The second part focuses on the basic content of the management of vocational education. Reveals the core objectives of the management of vocational education ethics, fundamental principles.The third part focuses on the significance of vocational education management ethics. Mainly from the management of vocational education values, the standardization of vocational education development, vocational education management system specifically addressed, which demonstrated deepening the practical value of vocational education management ethics.
