School Management Research From The Perspective Of Ethics

School helps to spread civilization, teach individual, civilize people as wellas promote human development in around way. Yet under the influence of socialtransformation and economic transmission, it is the inexorable for school managementto be influenced by short-sighted interest and practical ration with function first. So itis the inexorable trend to study high school management research under theperspective of ethics.The purpose of school management is to have a reasonable allocation about theinformation such as people, things, object, according to the education and humannature, to give full play to people’s enthusiasm and creativity, develop people’spotential ability, to improve the efficiency of college internal action, to ensure thesustainable development of the school, and to realize the free comprehensivedevelopment of each individual in school. Thus it can be seen that the body of theschool management, the object and the ultimate purpose are all about people.However, the current school management is in the phenomenon of "unmanned",which causes the mechanization and technology of management activity, and is out ofthe mission of the school seriously. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, I tryto explore the new mode of school management in the perspective of ethics, in orderto activate the school management activities, to improve the efficiency of schoolmanagement, to achieve the mission of the school teaching.In addition to the introduction, the full text is divided into three parts: Firstly,State the inevitability with ethics as the core in school management. Firstly, define theimplications of ethics and school management, and then analyze the internal unity ofthem, lastly, demonstrate the inevitability with ethics as the core in schoolmanagement. Then it’s the brief analysis of the flaws in school management, andciting cases for ethical analysis, in turn to illustrate the necessity, importance andurgency of the research on this problem. Lastly, establish the school managementmodel with ethics as the core.
