A Study On The Pen-HoldGrip Fast Attacking Style Between China And South Korea

The pen-hold attacking style which is a traditional style of Asia repeatedly performs outstandingly in the development of Asia's and World's table tennis history and makes a tremendous contribution to the Movement. With table tennis technology innovation,fewer and fewer athletes using it.at present, only China and Korea hold on this style and lead the world on it.With literature reviewing,mathematics and physics statistic,video observation method and so on, this paper compared and anlyzed the historical development, technical charateristics, technical and tacticl style of pen-hold attack in the 2 countries. Analyses the main reasons for the gradual decline,and discuss the crucial points of inheriting and development.The reserch shows that pen-hold style is not laid off and we shouldn't give it up. Though the pen-hold attacking style within the 2 countries is of the same kind, their development, technical characteristics, technical and tacticl style have their own traits. Generally speaking, China is better than Korea in pen-hold attack style. Keep being creative is a key piont that makes Chinese leadership. But we respect Korean's traditionally believe in it, and their players'foot-work, forehand technique and struggling spirit and enthuisasm is of our learning and provide us with reference.The lack of reserved talents'of pen-hold attacking style is the main problem we are facing.The text calls upon all functional departments to support the style,seeks to give this style due attention.
