The Practice And Ponderations On The Establishment Of Students' Cadres Of Secondary School

Our teaching aims and teaching methods are changing with the time at the information age. Whether the schools can reach their educate targets or not depends on the management of the school classes. Carders of the class play an important role in the class management. How to select and train the carders is the important topic for the educationists, especially for the headmasters of every class.By surveying the senior high school students, most of the class carders have the following weakness: lack of motion , personality, energy and creative thinking; lack of join forces and the sense of cooperate; lack of ability and influence. The main causes are : the criterion of the management system is low. So I think we should be aware of the necessary of the management system, we should try to find how to train the class carders and give some advice about how to manage the class so as to give some reference for headmasters.This paper consists of four chapters. Chapter One is an introduction, including the background of the topic, the current situation and why I do the research. Chapter Two deals with the change of the management system about the classes. Chapter Three mainly devotes to the analysis of the current situation about class management nowadays; Chapter Four offers some strategies for the improvement.The paper aims at researching the strategies of building and training class carders. In the current situations the good quality education needs the improvement of our management. The modern times need more talents. If we want to educate the better students we also depend on the good class management. The rapid peace of the development and educational reform call for educationalists to improve our strategies of the management.
