The Institutional Analysis Of China Retirement Institution Change

Retirement institution is the rules of retirement, and close contacted with pension institution. This paper analysis several stages of China retirement institution from the perspective of institution change. Explain the reason of the institution establishment and implement mistakes by analysising the institutional environment, participants in the institution and the institution running.This paper is divided into five parts, including the introduction, theoretical analysis of the institution and the institution changes, retirement and retirement institution, institutions analysis of the retirement institution for the change of China, the Current Situation and Prospects of China's retirement institution.In this paper, the institution change is root of keeping balance of three aspects, which are environmental change, participants maximizing interest and the existing institution. Chinese retirement institution from the beginning to the current implementation is external form institution guided by the government, with mandatory color. However, the environment of Chinese institution constantly changes, the interest of participants constantly changes too, the old retirement institution has not meet the conditions, which needs reformation. In this paper, flexible retirement institution is considered as a reasonable choice.
