Based on the theory of structuralism and multi-intelligence, this thesis makes a practical research on the individuation development of the students' composition from three aspects : the individuation of training content , the individuation of training form , the individuation of the comment and correction of the composition. It makes great efforts on the needs of students, self-determination, reality and innovation, and lets the teaching ideas ,content, methods and means open to the students' individual living experience system and the society living society. In this way to make the students' composition more closely to the life , to help the students find their real-selves, and to write their real and unique experience. With reading teaching and composition teaching some groping trainings are carried out and make an obvious effect. The individuation composition training arouses. the students' writing interest and creativity. The students dare to say the truth and express their particular experience and feelings The spirit of main body and the consciousness of innovation have been developed and the personality has been expressed sufficient in the compositions.
