This article mainly makes use of the philology theory, method of researching investigation and comparative analysis method, then with the methodologies based on questionnaire and individually discussion, by inducing and analyzing, this paper describes the problems and countermeasures in secondary vocational schools of our country, and expects to improve and impulse the vocational guidance of the secondary vocational schools.This article is made up of the foreword and the main body. The foreword introduces the process of select this topic, the definition of the basic concept, the meaning, current situation and so on, then points out the meaning and the feasibility of the article. All of these make road for the following discuss. The main body divides into four parts mainly: the first three parts review the developing processes of the vocational guidance in China, the current situation and the problems of vocational guidance in the secondary vocational schools, and the advanced and useful experiences in the developed countries. According to learn the successful experiences and evolve of the vocational guidance's object at the different times, this paper analyses the current problems of vocational guidance in secondary vocational schools. After China's reform and opening up, under the advocate and impulse of country police, vocational guidance in secondary schools make great progresses in service systems and the school performance. But the deficiency and the distance in idea, mechanism and the performance don't only restrict the efficiency of the vocational guidance but also confine the healthy development of the vocational education. The forth part is the over thinking and over stepping about the above parts, at the same time, demonstrates the importance and the necessity of strengthening and improving the vocational guidance under the time background of the present development of the knowledge economy and the appearance of the learning society. The author suggests that renovating notion is a premise, perfecting mechanism is the key point, curriculum construction is a core, and teachers'construction is an important assurance. In a world, the mentioned above, are the basis countermeasures to improve the vocational guidance in the secondary vocational schools. Foremost, these strategies are expected to impulse the sustainable development of the middle vocational education.
