For secondary vocational schools,to achieve high quality employment and improve the quality of students,strengthening vocational guidance is an inevitable and effective important measure.The ministry of education issued the regulations on vocational guidance in secondary vocational schools on April 20,2018,which put forward higher requirements on vocational guidance teachers,marking that China's vocational guidance teachers are on the way to professional development.Therefore,it is an urgent task for secondary vocational schools to establish a contingent of vocational guidance teachers with sufficient quantity,excellent quality and sound management.This study takes 4 secondary vocational schools in shandong province as examples,and understands the current situation of the construction of vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools through questionnaire survey and interview.On this basis,the paper further reveals the main problems existing in the construction of the current professional guidance teachers,and makes an in-depth analysis of their causes.Finally,combining with the actual situation of secondary vocational schools,puts forward effective countermeasures to strengthen the construction of vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools.Through the analysis of the current situation investigation,the author believes that there are still many problems in the construction of vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools,mainly including: Firstly,the school's degree of attention is relatively low;Secondly,the overall quantity is insufficient,unable to meet the needs of students;Thirdly,the overall quality is not high,the guidance effect to students is not good;Fourthly,the guarantee work is not in place,teachers work enthusiasm is not high.On this basis,the author analyzes and summarizes the causes of the above problems,mainly including: firstly,the school's understanding of vocational guidance is not in place;secondly,professional training and training arerelatively absent;thirdly,the management system is not sound.In view of the above reasons,the author comes up with effective countermeasures to strengthen the construction of vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,change the ideology and practice the new concept of career guidance.Secondly,pay attention to professional training so as to improve the professional quality of teachers.Thirdly,improve the management system so as to stimulate the vitality of teachers.Fourthly,set up reasonable vocational guidance institutions to create a professional team of vocational guidance teachers.Fifthly,the integration of external resources to vigorously promote the construction of teachers.
