Research On The Whole Process Vocational Guidance Of Secondary Vocational School

Vocational education of China is an important foundation for economic and social development, and is the focus of education. The amount of student keeps growing makes a large number of graduates each year to find jobs. To do this work well, we must strengthen and reform vocational guidance of secondary vocational school. The grooming of people's professional quality needs a long time, so a "vocational guidance of whole process" is necessary.This paper analyzes the current status and problems of vocational guidance in secondary vocational schools, then proposed the concept of "vocational guidance of whole process " : First, help students choose their majors by consulting work of enrollment; Second, carry out employment-oriented entrance education for the new students; Third, carry out different topics of vocational guidance to students of different grades according to the professional competence and the teaching aims in different stages; Fourth, keeps continuous improvement of vocational guidance work and make it more suitable for the market requirements.To carry out "vocational guidance of whole process", we should pay attention to the following questions: First, we must improve the vocational guidance organization, establish vocational guidance networks, and strengthen the work of full participation in vocational guidance; Second, build up high-quality full-time and part-time career guidance team through specialized training; Third, establish students'"career portfolio," record the career growth of students, provide support to vocational guidance; Fourth, strengthen the curriculum system, establish corresponding to the evaluation mechanism; Fifth, through various forms of vocational guidance for students to cultivate professional ethics; Sixth, use theories on career design, and combined it with the actual situation of students, help them to develop career planning.Through the "vocational guidance of whole process", we can enable students to understand themselves and develop their individual potential, improve the quality of school education and students'employment, promote the match of men and their jobs, improve labor efficiency and maintain social stability. Study of vocational guidance is of great significance.
