The training of two-year bilingual teacher of Xinjiang is the objective needs ofthe development of bilingual education in Xinjiang, not only to speed up thedevelopment of minority bilingual teachers,but also it is an important way tostabilize the existing ethnic minority teachers, To strengthen bilingual teachertraining, to improve bilingual teachers teaching ability, and to build a qualifiedbilingual teachers, is an important measure to the implement the Education Planand improve the overall quality of bilingual teachers, and it is of great significanceto improve quality of bilingual education. Improving teaching ability lies in theeducational curriculum, Different levels of bilingual teacher training is a challengeto the educational curriculum. Therefore, it has a strong practical significance toimprove the quality of bilingual teaching in Xinjiang, by studying educationcurriculum’s status quo and problems of the two-year bilingual teacher training andhow to improve its curriculum evolution.The whole thesis is divided into five chapters with the details as follows:The first chapter proposes the questions, defines the relevant concepts, andreviews the related studies both abroad and at home. In addition, thoughts, methodsand significance of the research of the thesis are submitted.The second chapter, mainly analyzes the status quo of the curriculum buildingfrom two aspects of the curriculum structure and curriculum content, in accordancewith Training and Guidance Program of Bilingual Teachers of Primary and MiddleSchools of Xinjiang.The third chapter, mainly analyzes degree of achievement of educationalcurriculum objectives,With the help of the data from the questionnaires andinterviews, In other words, analyzes the status of the teaching ability after trainingbilingual teachers, Aims to analyze the reasonableness of the educational curriculum.The main conclusion is the low degree of achievement of the educational curriculumobjectives, Training bilingual teachers’ teaching ability is low, there are still someproblems in the concrete teaching ability. It shows that educational curriculum isunreasonable.The fourth chapter, With the help of the data from the questionnaires andinterviews, it detects the Problems existing in educational curriculum. On the onehand, in structural arrangement, The low proportion of educational curriculum, Thelow proportion of educational skills courses. On the other hand, in the contentSettings, The practicality of the content of the educational curriculum is less,Contact with the actual work of teaching is not close. at last, in the educationalpractice courses, The arrangements for time is unreasonable.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the Whole thesis. First of all, makeadjustments for the educational curriculum structure. Secondly, The contents of theeducation curriculum is to be reformed, Finally, education practical courses is beoptimized.
