With the development of era, the civil mathematics qualities have been asked for a higher request. Based on the "double-base", today the mathematics curriculum reforms have been asked to pay attention to the students' innovational abilities, and study on the "Mathematics Basic Activity Experience", which is as one of mathematics innovation abilities foundation, is needed urgently.This thesis is comprised of three parts:In the first part, the author consults the related literatures of both ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign, and trace the theory fountainhead of Mathematical Basic Activity Experiences, which can provides a rationales for study theory found.In the second part, the author analyses and uses some education theory viewpoints of the domestics and foreign for reference. According to: Activity→Mathematics Activity→Mathematical Basic Activity Experience→Mathematical Activity Experience→Mathematical Basic Activity Experience, the author define connotation of "Mathematics Basic Activity Experience", using the methods of analyzes and synthesizes based on education realities of china. At the same time, in order to analysis the concept extension, based on the exchange of information between individual and the outside with "The Complex Organization System" principle, the author divides Mathematics Basic Activity Experience into two aspects which including seven kinds: Observation, Operation, Communication, Experience, Conjectures and Inquiry, Generalization, Induction.In the third part, the author proposed six attention aspects and the curriculum design, based on the "Mathematical Basic Activity Experience". In order to analysis the feasibility of this curriculum, the author selects the junior middle school mathematics partial contents and carries on the teaching practices, and carries on an informational feedback investigation afterwards, the investigation discoverers this kind of curriculum design has good thoughts and practices foundation among junior middle school students, but some students haven't enough independency and so on the other characteristics simultaneously, the author obtains the conclusion of this kind of curriculum design initially suits Chinese mathematics education reality.In article last, some problems are reflected, and some enlightenment are expected to the comrades who care about Mathematics Basic Activity Experience.
