Today, dramatic social changes have make people suffer great stress of living and development. In the keen competition, people have strong desire for success, which is demonstrated not only through their pursuit for causes but also too-high expectation of utility toward their children. The kind of extremely-high expectation makes children suffer huge learning stress: they are oppressed to learn more practical knowledgeand skills, have no time left to play---which is just children's nature andbasic rights! Exaggerated learning occupies most of their childhood, which harms their health, almost makes their wonderful nature to lose, and even distorts their personality. In this meaning, today's children face a great crisis---too-early disappearance of childhood. From the individual' s respect, childhood is the most important phrase in one's life, which has basic meanings to one's growth; From the respect of human's development, the invention and evolving of childhood is due to the continuous advancement of whole human's civilization. So childhood must be guarded! Everyone who cares for and loves children should fight for childhood!Based on the clue of education's source and cleavage, the thesis analyzes the environment of childhood's dilemma and points out the fundamental cause the present trend of adult's utility pervade and erodes children's world. In the process, family has lost the basic role in children's education, abandons the responsibility of cultivating their healthy personality, and attaches itself to the school education in which utilitarianism prevail. Family has the inescapable responsibility upon children's dilemma.
