The Developing Of Post-graduate Tutor's Instruct Ability Based On People Capability Maturity Model

Post-graduate education shoulders the mission of training the high-quality and high-level creative talent for our country and social. Post-graduate tutor is the main practice of the graduate education activities. Their abilities and level bearing on the quality of graduate education directly. At the same level of academic environment and conditions, the instruction ability becomes the key to deciding the quality of graduate education undoubtedly. The concept of the instruct ability contains a potential resources, which can be improved through the constantly developing and enhancing by external and self-encouragement. In higher education practice, Due to the post-graduate tutor which are usually seemed as the high-level group of university teachers, and are generally considered of having high morality and rich teaching experience, so they are in the neglected condition of the university's resources management and development. Fortunately, in recent years the instruct ability of postgraduate tutor has gradually becoming the concern of academics, instruct ability has become an important issues that can not be ignored.Using the human resources theory of management to studying and exploring the development of instruct ability is an important idea of this paper. This paper consists of six components. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introducing the research background, the significance of research, studying status of our country and abroad. The second part is mainly solving the definition of the concept which capacity-related from the instruct ability. The third part mainly discussed the development of post-graduate tutor's instruct ability. The fourth part building a instruct ability system of postgraduate tutor's on the basis of human resource development. The fifth Part focused on people capability maturity model, while discussing the model enlightenment; In the sixth part of the study, based on upset research, giving the specific development process of post-graduate tutor's instruct ability.
