Research On The Accessment Model Of Quality Maturity For Online Open Courses

The development of MOOCS in online education is in the ascendant with the rapid development of the Internet.Because of the convenience of learning based on the mobile Internet,the number of students enrolled in the school year continues to grow.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the quality of online education.The quality mainly includes the quality assessment of online open courses and the monitoring and management of the school process.The article will focus on how to evaluate the quality of online open courses and their maturity levels scientificially.Based on the concept of capacity maturity and the related research,the study proposes to apply the "Capability Maturity Model"(CMM)research method to the quality evaluation system of online curriculum.The seven evaluation dimensions of teaching design,teaching content,curriculum resources,page design,technical strength,teacher body,and user experience served as quantitative indicators,the paper constructs a comprehensive quality evaluation model.The past evaluation model of online courses did not evaluate the User experience,while as a market behavior,the online education should be updated and managed to be more demand-oriented and subject to learning objects.Therefore,this article innovatively adds user experience to the curriculum evaluation system,making the online curriculum evaluation more comprehensive and more informative.Finally,based on the online curriculum quality evaluation model,the article combining the concept of maturity level of the “Capability Maturity Model” with the method of analytic hierarchy process builds an assessment model of quality maturity of online course.Applying the model to compare the open course of Tianjin University with some well-known institutions,the article puts forward several suggestions for improvement.Therefore,this study provides a certain reference in the construction of the existing evaluation system of online course,the promotion of the development of online course evaluation,and the selection of online courses,the development of courses,quality promotion,market promotion and development design.
