Research On Development Model Of New Countryside In The County Of The Developed Areas In The Southeast Coast Of China

The document of the Central Committee sumed up the target of the new socialism countryside construction, that is "production development, rich life, good manners, tidy and clean environment and democratic management", but the first and foremost task is production development. However, finding the model of new socialism countryside development that is suitable for local rural realities is the key of developing production efficiently. The level of socio-economic development of the costal developed regions is relatively high, and these regions are locomotive of the new socialism countryside construction, so they should seize this advantage and find a suitzble model of new socialism countryside development as soon as possible, ultimately improve the self-development ability of the rural areas and provide an example for the western regions.Based on the previous research results and with the means of theoretical research combining mode analtsis, qualitative analysis combining quantitative analysis and induction combining deduction, this issue takes Fuqing whose county economy is well developed of Fujian province in the Southeast Coast of China as a case, first, analysis its existing models of new socialism countryside development, then divides the 21 towns and streets of Fuqing into six different areas and raises a proper model of new socialism countryside development for each areas based on it's existing conditions, the six models are the type brought along by industry and outskirt-type agriculture coordinate development, the type brought along by agriculture industrialization, the type brought along by modern agricultural park, the type brought along by business circulation, the type brought along by tourism and recreation industry, the type brought along by aquaculture and tourist industry of coastal region, finally raises safeguard measures for the six models. The author hopes that this study results can provide theoretical guidance for the choice of models of new socialism countryside development of county in the developed areas in the Southeast Coast of China.
