The Study On Principal's Leadership In Primary And Secondary Schools

With the rapid development of society and economy, society has entered a new era. Change has become the historical characteristics. Nowadays our primary and secondary schools also face the challenges of complicated educational changes. In such situation, more and more people pay attention to principal's leadership. The principal's leadership pays an important role in primary and middle schools. This paper elaborates on principal's leadership in primary and secondary schools and try to give the framework of structure system about principal's leadership. Principal's leadership is a kind of integrated force which is affect by principal's personal leadership and the leadership of principal team in the specific leadership system and educational environment. It includes the principal's personal leadership and the power of the team principals. Base on the connotations, elements, structure system and innovative leadership model, this paper analyzes the importance of principal's leadership and some requests and situations about principal's leadership.
