Studies On The Pattern Of Vocational Psychology Guidance For University Students Under The New Circumstance

With the establishment and development of the socialism market economy system, and the reformation of higher education, China is facing a new situation of popularization of higher education. It has changed fundamentally for the ways of employment. The situation of employment is more and more intense, which will inevitably lead to the changes of employment psychology and the psychological guidance. Having investigated some universities in Jiangxi Province and released 887 questionnaires, referring to the research results and experience at home and abroad, the author attempts to establish a psychology tutorial pattern for one's career development.There are three parts in the paper. The first part is about the investigation and some analyses of vocational psychology situation of university students under the new circumstance. It discusses basic information on the questionnaire, mainly elaborates the students' vocational psychology and proposes that good mentality is the key to obtain employment. So it is necessary to strengthen employment psychological guidance. The second part is about existing circumstance of employment psychological guidance for university students. It indicates that the current psychological guidance doesn't meet the students' needs, we must create a new pattern. The third part is about the psychology guidance pattern for one's career development, which is the critical point of the paper. And it discusses mainly its meaning, theory background and content system, and expounds on the basic conditions, principles, forms and means to apply it.It's a initial attempt for the vocational psychology guidance in universities to construct the psychology guidance pattern for one's career development, so the author hopes it can initiate more attention and pondering over the vocational psychology guidance of university students.
