Study On Population Of Hebei Province And It's Effect On The Economy

Population, as the integration of the social group, is the dominant factor along the development of society and economy. Any population problem not only exists in its own system. When we plan any economic development in an area, we have to investigate the population developing history and trend of that area. Any population, open or conservative, has four features: scale—quantity feature, structure—composition feature, quality feature and developing features. The position and influence of the population in the economic development of an area are the matter of the economy influence and position caused by population's amount, structure, quality and exchange in that area.This article focuses on analyzing the population and the economy's development of Hebei province. The Study of regional economy, Study of Population and Economy, Studying examples and Population's influence on the economic development and sustainable development are the theory of this article. The article also particularly analyzes the actuality of population's quantity, human's diathesis and population's structure, mutative history and trend. Meanwhile the article compares these studies with other provinces to formulate the population's characteristic of Hebei province. Basing on the method of the combination of fix quantity and quality, the article analyzes population's influence on the economic development, finding out several population's problems such as sustaining increasing population, low level human's diathesis, heavy burden on finding a job, illogical population's distribution, laggard development of city, sex imbalance, fast speed of aging of population, high requirement for social insurance, the conflict between population and natural resource and environment, etc. The article brings forward some strategies and recommendations for these problems. The article suggests that first, keeping low childbirth rate, controlling frequent increasing of population. Second, enhancing human's diathesis and all-around development Third, optimizing population's composition, promoting balancing development of population; Fourth, optimizing the structure of industry, plan obtaining employment; making full use of"population welfare"; Fifth,promoting urbanization along with the harmony between cities and villages. The last, intensify protection for environment and promote sustainable development between human and environment. All of the above will take a good effect on the good cycle of population and economy.
