It is clearly indicated in"Education Reformation and Development Program of China"that the hope of revitalizing nation depend on education and the hope of revitalizing education depend on teacher, and that to build the high quality, the reasonable structure and the steady teacher staff is the fundamentality to the education reformation and development. As far as the private school is concerned, the education and teaching quality is associated with the school's survival and development directly even more. The teacher staff construction has very important significance to the development of private school. The teacher staff are of core competitive power of private school, therefore, to build a high quality and steady teacher team is the guarantee for school's healthily and sustainable development, and to accelerate the private school's healthily development, the private school's teacher staff construction must be grasped.In this paper, insisting on the research direction of combine the theory with practice, based on the practical investigation on the teachers'basic condition of Hohhot private middle school, the main problems and their causes existed in Hohhot private middle school teacher staff construction are analyzed.The paper consider that several problems existed in Hohhot private middle school's teacher staff. Firstly, the age structure of teacher staff is unreasonable; Secondly, the professional qualification structure of teacher staff is unreasonable; Thirdly, the proportion of secondary specialized or technical school student in the teacher staff is high; Fourthly, the teacher mobility is great, and the teacher staff lack the team spirit; Fifthly, the part-time teachers are unstable and hard to managed; Finally, the teacher lack the consciousness and opportunity of learning enhancement. Aimed at the problems above, the paper bring forward several suggestions: First, establishing the teacher job market; Next, ensuring the privte school teacher's legitimate interests; Again, strengthening the teacher's team spirit; Finally, reinforcing the management to the teacher.
