| The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that private education is an important force in the development of national education and has important value in realizing the popularization of national education.The "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era" clearly stated that in order to implement the concept of educating people and implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality into specific education and teaching activities,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers.Building a high-quality teaching team is not only a national requirement,but also the key to school development,and an inevitable choice for improving the quality of personnel training in private primary schools.This paper takes Nanchang private primary school teachers as the research object,and analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of private primary school teacher construction through literature research,questionnaire survey and interview methods.The research found that there are problems in the construction of private primary school teachers,such as unreasonable structure,insufficient team stability,quality to be improved,and non-standard management.These problems are deeply affected by society,schools,and individuals,and are mainly reflected in the need to strengthen the formulation and implementation of government policies,the bias in social environment and public opinion orientation;the excessive pursuit of interests in private primary schools,and the need to improve the level of school management;teachers’ sense of responsibility and Insufficient educational sentiment,teachers’ self-awareness and lack of awareness.Based on this,the paper tries to put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from three levels: the social level should implement legal norms,improve the social security system,pay attention to the power of public opinion,and create a good external environment;the school level should introduce modern management concepts to improve school management.,Change values,improve the overall quality of the teaching staff;at the individual level,teachers should improve their sense of responsibility,embrace educational feelings,improve teachers’ self-awareness,and be a lifelong learner. |
