| In view of the important role of higher education consumption in the development of the social economy, as well as the comparative backwardness of the theoretical and practical research of higher education consumption in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the writer chose The Economical Analysis and Strategy research of Higher Education Consumption in Inner Mongolia as the title of the thesis.The main purpose of the paper is to enrich the theoretical analysis frame of higher education economical research, analysis the present situation of higher education consumption in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and also analysis the existing problems and their reasons, as well as propose the strategies and the suggestions. Based on Marxist economy, the paper mainly applies the relative theories, conceptions and research methods of Consumption Economy, Human Capital Theory and Higher Education Cost Share Theory to analysis higher education consumption. The paper combines the standard analysis with empirical analysis, and also combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis; furthermore, it uses many analysis methods of other subjects, moreover, a lot of literature review survey method and on-the-spot investigation method are employed during the research. The chief points of the thesis—according to the research of Consumer Behavior Theory, Human Capital Theory and Higher Education Cost Share Theory, and based on the present situation of higher education consumption in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this paper suggests five ways, which are explore the running school models of higher education, enlarge higher education supply; develop economy, improve the condition of the income distribution, raise the consuming standards of higher education, realize the continuous consumption of higher education consumption; increase the government invest towards higher education, and collect higher education outlay through various channels; define reasonable standards of higher education tuition, improve the aid financial system of higher education; establish the educational idea of taking the educational consumer as the core, guarantee the right and interest of the educational consumers. |
