The Research Of The Application Of Multimedia Technology In Teaching Of The Ideological And Political Courses In Secondary Schools

The ideological and political course is a course which combines theory and practiceclosely. But in the traditional way of teaching in the classroom, due to the impact of the examorientedthinking and other reasons, the teaching of teachers is often rigid and abstract. Thestudents'interests for the ideological and political course have declined, and the learningeffect is not good. The ideological and political course does not play its role in the moraleducation.With the rapid development of modern science and technology, multimedia technology, anew means of technology, is permeating into the field of education in a high speed. This newtechnology has a unique function in the show of the teaching content, the creation of theteaching situations, the mobilization of the students and making the students learn moreintuitively and vividly.With multimedia intervening in the teaching of the ideological and political course, wecan make teaching from two to three-dimensional, static to dynamic, abstract to concrete, andbreak through the limits of time and space, micro and macro, and the history and the reality.This kind of intervention is also of an importance in the activation of the students'interests inlearning , reducing the degree of difficulty of the study, shortening the process of the students'understanding , realizing the improvement of the teaching process and enhancing the qualityof the teaching of the ideological and political course.Different subjects have different characteristics, teaching content and applications. Everyteacher who utilizes multimedia technology in teaching should pay a special attention to theproblems that how to choose a suitable multimedia teaching mode in the teaching of thepolitical course, especially today, in the development of network technology, how to makebetter use of modern teaching resources, make full use of the characteristics of the computers,connect with the teaching in the ideological and political course closely with computers, bringthe students into full play in their main role in learning and achieving the best teachingresults.On the basis of the multi-media teaching, this paper shows some opinions in theimportance, concrete application, principles, problems and all.
